In accordance with Articles 11 and 12 of the Digital Services Act, Blue Horizon Hotel designates the following point of contact for the authorities of the Member States, the Commission, and the European Council of Digital Services, as well as for recipients of Blue Horizon Hotel services:

Report for Illegal Content

Blue Horizon Hotel, given the nature of its activity, is an online accommodation service provider and, therefore, must comply with the provisions of this Regulation. 

If you, as a natural or legal person, wish to report any illegal content on the website hosted by Blue Horizon Hotel, please send an email to dsa@bluehorizonhotel.gr  including the following information to allow for correct and accurate handling of the reported incident (as requested in section 2 of art. 16 DSA):

• A sufficiently reasoned explanation of why you consider the information in question to be illegal content.

• A clear indication of the exact electronic location of such information, such as the URL or exact URLs, and, if applicable, additional information to identify the illegal content adapted to the type of content and the specific type of data hosting service.

• The name and email address of the natural person or entity sending the notification, except in the case of information deemed to involve one of the offenses referred to in Articles 3 to 7 of Directive 2011/93/EU.

• A statement that you, as a natural person or entity sending the notification, are acting in good faith and that the information and allegations contained in the notification are accurate and complete.
